华为宣布将在 WAIC 2026（2026 年 7 月上海）公开展示 Atlas 950 SuperPoD AI 计算硬件。该设备配备 8192 张自研 NPU 卡，通过灵渠协议互联，FP8 算力达 8 ExaFLOPS。其总计算能力是 NVIDIA NVL144 的 6.7 倍。
