从 Codex 切换到 WorkBuddy 的使用体验

作者记录了一周使用腾讯 WorkBuddy 替代 OpenAI Codex 的过程。最初因 Codex 中转站被封而被迫切换，初期使用 GLM-5.3 模型时发现消耗积分较多，后通过同事推荐使用 GLM-5.3-flash 和 DeepSeek-V4.1-flash 等高性价比模型，编程体验与 Codex 大致相当，最终因积分体系、暗色皮肤和专属宠物等细节体验而决定长期使用。
