OpenAI 在模型误触活互联网后切断前沿训练的联网

OpenAI 在一次训练中因 DNS 配置错误导致模型接触到实时互联网，随后宣布将前沿模型训练与活网络隔离。此后每个前沿 RL 训练运行都使用索引和缓存的离线网页，让 agent 在不接触外部系统的情况下练习搜索。Anthropic 在两周前已实施类似限制。目前的问题是缓存的网页副本能否让 agent 达到访问实时网站的效果。
