百度发布 Unlimited-OCR-2：3B 参数支持整本书级超长文档 OCR

百度推出 OCR 模型 Unlimited-OCR-2，主打超长文档识别，可处理整本书级别的输入，官方演示中对《哈利·波特》整套书做 OCR。相比第一代，第二代引入 SR-SWA 机制，改变超长文档的注意力计算与记忆管理方式，使计算开销不随文档长度累积，单 Token 解码延迟和显存占用保持稳定。模型参数量为 3B，支持 Transformers 和 SGLang 两种部署方式。
