Claude Code 发布 v2.1.314：企业权限管控与闲置压缩等十余项更新
Claude Code v2.1.314 新增 permissions.blockWritesOutsideWorkingDirectories，Write、Edit 和 NotebookEdit 在所有权限模式下都会拒绝工作目录外的路径写入。Claude apps gateway 支持按 IdP 分组路由上游，并在 Bedrock 上游新增 guardrail_trace 日志记录触发的护栏过滤器。VS Code 和 Claude Desktop 的 Code 标签页加入闲置压缩，200K+ token 的闲置会话会被摘要以便下次续用。此版本还修复了企业限制 effort 级别时的重试逻辑、Bedrock 多图会话报 400 错误、Microsoft Foundry 缺少默认模型部署时的回退等十余个问题。
