外交部回应人工智能治理：技术应增强人的能力，不能加剧分化

11 月 3 日外交部发言人毛宁在例行记者会上回应 2026 世界互联网大会相关提问，称互联网技术应当增强人的能力，不能让人成为技术的附庸。本届乌镇峰会以“开源开放共建共享”为主题，设置 27 个分论坛，覆盖全球治理、机器人与具身智能等议题。“互联网之光”博览会已邀请 400 余家企业参展，领先科技奖征集到来自 43 个国家和地区的 430 余项科技成果，国际申报数量较去年增长 21%。
