OpenAI 将 GPT-Live 外呼电话 API 转为正式可用

OpenAI 的 Justin Uberti 宣布 GPT-Live 外呼电话 API 正式进入 GA 阶段。开发者可以让 Live 语音智能体直接拨打电话，并支持通过 Telnyx、Twilio 等任意 SIP trunk 服务商接入。通话支持 HD Voice 高清语音，还能收发键盘按键事件（DTMF），适合做电话客服、外呼通知类应用。
