AI agent 改用邮件作为交互入口，靠发件人身份控制权限

@viktor_com 这个 AI agent 原本需要安装 Slack 或 Microsoft Teams 才能使用，现在改为提供一个公开的邮箱地址。邮件本身就是写好的上下文，agent 可以直接读取。由于所有用户共用同一个地址，权限通过发件人身份来区分，agent 只响应经过认证的用户邮件。
