Claude Code v2.1.223 修复了 Bash 权限绕过，利用制表符或不可见 Unicode 混入的命令无法再隐藏。工作流脚本通过动态 import() 逃逸沙箱的问题也被封堵。/review 命令现在改为 /code-review 的别名，并支持指定审查级别（如 ultra）。云会话新增 /teleport 提示，可用 claude --teleport <session id> 在本地继续。
