The stack signals Alibaba Cloud is positioning infrastructure, not just models, as the battleground for agent workloads — governance, storage throughput and networking are tuned for large-scale agent fleets. Cloud architects and platform teams building agent deployments in Southeast Asia can benchmark these specs against AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Google's agent offerings. At Apsara 2026, Alibaba Cloud presented an Agentic Cloud architecture built around AgentCore, a platform for full-lifecycle agent governance. It also introduced a next-generation CPFS storage system claiming hundred-TB/s-class throughput. The upgraded HPN 8.0 Pro AI networking fabric is rated at 100 petabits of bandwidth.
