This is a clone with my face and my voice.
I created it using VEED. I've been using their platform since the dawn of time to subtitle my videos, but they just released this new cloning feature, and it's pretty cool.
It took me 30 seconds to set up:
• I had to upload a picture to clone my face • I had to read some text to clone my voice
The cloning happens quickly. Once it's ready, VEED turns any prompt into a fully edited talking video. You can pick the subtitles, music, and specify any duration you want.
The results are pretty surprising, given how little input I had to give.
Obviously, people who know me will immediately recognize this is an avatar. The voice is pretty on point, and this will be killer for voiceover applications.
For example, narrating a technical walkthrough without recording every line yourself. You can add screenshots in VEED's editor to show what you're explaining.
