有在用 ChatGPT 桌面版 Neon 的朋友可以看看，有人反馈插件安装卡在浏览器跳转死循环里，云端还没有这个工具。
用户 koltregaskes 在 X 上报告 ChatGPT 的 Neon 功能存在两个问题。第一，Neon 在云端版本中不可用，只在桌面应用里出现。第二，在桌面应用点击 Install plugin 后，弹窗显示 dk_app code 并跳转到浏览器打开，而浏览器端又提示仅支持桌面端，形成死循环。该反馈引发对 Neon 插件安装流程是否出错的疑问。

Is there an issue with Neon in ChatGPT? 1. It doesn't seem to be a tool in the cloud, only desktop. 2. When I click on "Install plugin" in the desktop app, the pop-up window has got some `dk_app code` and then it just says "Open in browser". Obviously in the browser it just says it's desktop only.
