Is there an issue with @neondatabase in ChatGPT?
1. It doesn't seem to be a cloud tool, only a desktop one (I thought it was?). 2. When I click on "Install plugin" in the desktop app, the pop-up window has some `asdk_app` code and says "Open in browser", where it obviously says it's desktop only.
