美国初创公司 Nolla 在犹他州获批，可对符合条件的痤疮病例提供从问诊到开药的全流程服务。其 AI 负责问诊、皮肤扫描、评估、开具处方和随访，临床医生在必要时介入。此前美国尚无模型获批开具首张处方，此次获批的关键是配套的监管结构：仅限成人、轻中度痤疮、限定外用药膏和凝胶清单，处方须经持证药剂师，早期病例全部由医生复核后再逐步放宽。
