Anthropic 放宽限制：Claude 订阅额度可用于第三方 Agent 工具
用 Claude 订阅就能在 Amp 这类第三方 Agent 里跑了，不用额外按量付费。不过封号风险 Anthropic 始终没给准话，想试的自己掂量下。
Anthropic 两天前的政策更新被解读为重申 Claude Agent SDK 和第三方应用可以消耗用户的订阅额度。Amp 创始人 Quinn Slack 引用 Anthropic 员工在 Hacker News 上的回复，确认 claude -p 未从订阅中移除。此前 Anthropic 政策多次反复：2 月限制第三方工具订阅登录，4 月 4 日起 OpenClaw 等工具不能再使用订阅额度，6 月 15 日原计划的 Agent SDK 单独计费又被宣布暂停。至于用非 Claude Code 工具是否会封号，Anthropic 官方页面没有明确表态。
看起来 Anthropic 现在放宽了对 Claude Agent SDK 和 claude -p 的使用限制，但没有官方声明，更像是 Amp 单方面的试探。 不过有一点确定的是：现在用 Claude 账号登录 Claude Code，不管是日常交互、用 claude -p 跑脚本、用 Agent SDK，还是在第三方工具里调用，消耗的都是订阅额度。 也即是说像 Amp 这种第三方 Agent，你可以登录自己的 Claude 账号，就只会用你的 Claude 订阅额度。 至于会不会封号，Anthropic 没有就 Amp 这类用法公开表态，官方页面里没有“会封号”的说法，也没有“保证不封号”的承诺。 Hacker News 上有人直接问“用非 Claude Code 的工具，账号会不会被封”，这个问题没有得到 Anthropic 方面的回答。 news.ycombinator.com/item?id=499971… 两位以 Anthropic 名义回复的账号说的是，claude -p 没有从订阅里拿掉，“这次没有拿掉任何东西”。Quinn Slack 在回应质疑时引用了这两条，说按他的理解，Anthropic 是在重申 Agent SDK 和第三方应用可以用订阅额度。 Anthropic 这个规则反正是一直在变，估计他们自己员工都搞不清楚。 2 月，Anthropic 更新文档，限制第三方工具使用订阅登录。4 月 4 日起，OpenClaw 等第三方智能体工具不能再用订阅额度，要另外按量付费，Anthropic 给受影响的订阅用户提供退款。 Anthropic 原计划从 6 月 15 日起把 Agent SDK 和 claude -p 改成单独计费，当天宣布暂停。 Quinn Slack @sqs It uses the Claude Agent SDK as mentioned in our news post.
