Grok Bot 缺 Apple Connectors 的替代方案：用第三方 CLI 操作原生应用

Grok Bot 目前没有 Apple Connectors，无法直接操作 macOS 原生应用。 workaround 是先开启 Grok Bot 的 Execution on Local Computer 功能，再让 agent 安装第三方 CLI 工具。具体对应关系包括：Reminders 用 remindctl、Messages 用 imsg、Notes 用 memo、Calendar 用 apple-calendar，Mail、Maps、Phone、Contacts 也有对应 CLI。只需告诉 Grok Bot 使用这些工具一次，之后即可直接操作 Apple Mail、Calendar、Reminders、Notes、Messages 等原生应用。
