Bland 发了个挺实用的东西：丢个网址进去，就能生成挂在 iMessage 里的企业 AI 客服，还能识别保险卡照片自动约号收款，比网页聊天机器人自然多了。
Bland 推出新的 Agent 创建方式，企业只需提供网站链接，就能生成带有公司名称、Logo 和认证徽章的 AI Agent，运行在客户的 iMessage 对话里。其 SMS Agent Blandie 可以读取客户发来的照片，例如保险卡、文档或房源图片，并从中提取信息继续对话。以牙科诊所为例，客户可以在同一线程里拍保险卡、预约挂号、支付自付额并收到日历邀请。所有经过认证的发送方都要通过 Apple 的 Business Register，Apple 因此继续掌控这条客户最信任的消息渠道。

Bland now lets businesses create AI agents that live in customers’ iMessage threads, with the company’s name, logo and verified badge, from nothing more than a website link.
Blandie, Bland’s SMS agent, reads the photos customers send: an insurance card, a document, a home listing. It pulls what it needs from the image and keeps the conversation moving.
For a doctor’s or dentist’s office, that covers a lot of front-desk work. Snap the card, book the appointment, pay the copay, and get a calendar invite back in the same thread.
Apple’s Business Register is the gate every verified sender passes through, so as more businesses route sales through AI agents, Apple keeps control of the channel customers already trust most.
