Anthropic 发布了 Claude Code v2.1.152 版本，新增了 /code-review --fix 命令，可在代码审查后自动将发现的问题应用到工作目录，包括复用、简化和效率建议。/simplify 命令现在也会调用 /code-review --fix。新版本还支持在技能和斜杠命令的前置元数据中设置 disallowed-tools 以禁用特定工具，并新增 /reload-skills 命令无需重启会话即可重新扫描技能目录。此外，SessionStart 钩子可以返回 reloadSkills: true 使钩子安装的技能在同一会话中可用，并支持设置会话标题。MessageDisplay 钩子事件允许钩子转换或隐藏助手消息文本。管理员可以通过 pluginSuggestionMarketplaces 设置允许列表组织市场插件。Claude Code 现在在主模型不可用时自动切换到 --fallback-model，无需每次请求都失败。Vim 模式下 / 键现在打开反向历史搜索。使用情况统计现在包含大型会话文件，且内存使用保持平稳。思考摘要现在至少显示 3 秒，渲染为 markdown，最多 10 行。全屏模式下思考计时器实时更新。修复了终端样式退化、加载状态显示错误、焦点模式计数错误、链接点击行为异常和 markdown 表格样式问题。
