The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released the 'Action Plan for "AI + Software" Initiative', proposing that by 2030, key software will fully achieve intelligent upgrading. By 2028, the application will cover 20,000 large-scale software enterprises, and create 100 benchmark applications for intelligent agent software. Specific measures include developing intelligent programming tools driven by agents, supporting enterprises to use large models for vulnerability mining, defect automatic identification, and risk classification assessment of existing software, and promoting the deep integration of general industrial software like CAD, CAE, and EDA with AI.
