Meet Amy, the Executive Operations Partner to our co-founders. She built a suite of AI agents that automates daily administrative work – everything from emails to meetings and even an agent that keeps an eye on her other agents! Amy’s work used to involve a ton of manual coordination, using various tools like TextExpander to automate repetitive text scripts. Now, her agents take the initial pass, and all she has to do is to give the final call. 3 ways she’s been using AI in her work: 1. Email Drafting Agent: Automatically drafts replies whenever Ivan or Akshay send meeting scheduling requests. Then each reply sits in Amy’s inbox, ready for a final pass before sending. 2. Meeting Room Agent: Automatically reviews Ivan & Akshay’s calendars for the next day, and assigns meeting rooms and conferencing details for each meeting. For Amy, this replaces a manual calendar nightly review process. 3. AI Meeting Notes: Replaced Amy’s previous practice of manually taking notes for meetings. Afterward, an AI reviews all staff meeting docs and turns it into action items. Amy says “Even if AI saved me one minute, it compounds. A lot of my work is administrative… it’s not rocket science, but it’s about the mental load that it takes off.” She approaches building agents to onboarding a new teammate. At first, she’d review each one.
