TokEMS is an open-source, self-hosted conference management platform developed by Yao Jingang for the GEO conference. The system has undergone 140 iterations and includes features for conference websites, registration, ticketing, orders, invoices, notifications, and on-site check-in. It supports private deployment, template reuse, and integration with Feishu robots via CLI.
