Legal AI 公司 Legora 推出 Intake，定位为企业法务团队的智能体前端入口。企业内部的法务请求（合同审阅、供应商审批、政策咨询）通常散落在邮件和聊天线程中，需要人工读取请求、追要缺失附件并记录。Intake 将这些零散请求转化为 Legora 中可追踪的任务，交由 Legora Agent 执行，再把结果返回给请求方，全程由律师负责把关。该功能现已面向企业法务团队开放。

Every in-house legal team runs on requests from the business. A contract to look at, a supplier to approve, a policy question to answer. They arrive constantly, in threads and inboxes, often half-scoped, and the real legal work starts only after someone has read the request, chased the missing attachment and logged it somewhere.
Intake changes that process. It turns ad-hoc requests into tracked work in Legora, routes the execution to the Legora Agent, and returns it to the requester, with a lawyer accountable the whole way through.
