Legora 与 Sirion 合作，打通企业法务合同工作流
Legora 接上了 Sirion 的合同数据，企业法务改条款不用来回切平台，改完还能直接存回 Sirion。
法律 AI 平台 Legora 宣布与合同生命周期管理平台 Sirion 达成合作，面向企业内部法务团队。法务人员在 Legora 中可直接调用 Sirion 里的合同、判例和已谈定的条款，修改结果可保存回 Sirion，无需切换平台。在 Sirion 侧工作的团队也能借助 Legora 的法律检索功能，核对合同条款是否符合现行法律。该集成会遵循企业已设定的权限规则。
We’re partnering with @SirionCLM to better serve in-house legal teams, bringing commercial context from Sirion into Legora, their legal operating system for end-to-end legal work.
In-house teams working in Legora will be able to pull in their contracts, precedents and negotiated terms from Sirion and save any changes directly back to Sirion, so their work reflects what the business actually agreed to, without leaving the Legora platform. Teams working in Sirion can check those contracts against prevailing law using Legora’s legal research.
This is what enterprise-ready looks like, with Legora meeting legal teams inside the stack they already run and respecting the permissions they’ve set.
