用户实测 Grok 机器人数周：后台任务出色但用量消耗快
有人把 Grok 机器人当私人助理用了几周，写下的真实体验，优缺点都列得很具体，想用之前看看省得踩坑。
一位用户在连续数周每天把 Grok 机器人当 chief of staff 使用后分享体验。优点是例行任务可自动运行、能连接常用工具、自带浏览器、支持 X Chat 对话。缺点是用量消耗快，作者在周期还剩三天时已用掉 90% 的每周额度；部分网站会限制或屏蔽其浏览器；连接个人电脑会掉线且无提醒；无法编辑已有的 Google Sheets，只能读取和新建。
Some feedback on @Grok @bot after a few weeks of daily use as my chief of staff:
The good: - Brilliant at background work. Set up routines and it just gets on with them. - Connects to almost everything I use. - Having its own browser is really handy. - I can now talk to it from X Chat too. - Pages look useful, not tested yet.
The not so good: - Usage runs out fast when you lean on it. I hit 90% of my weekly limit with three days still to go. A live meter and pacing would help. - Lots of sites rate-limit or block its browser. - The link to my own computers drops with no clear alert or auto-reconnect. - Sometimes needs reminding of my preferences. - I'd love to assign tasks to it from tools like Linear. - It can read Google Sheets and create new ones, but can't edit existing ones yet.
Note: Grok bot itself wrote a lot of these.
