Anthropic 的 IPO 申请文件显示，Q2 经营利润达 9.74 亿美元，营收 116 亿美元，同比增长 1368%。上半年营收 163 亿美元，约为去年同期的 14 倍，经营性现金流为正的 39 亿美元。文件还披露通过 SpaceXAI 采购 NVIDIA 算力，协议金额最高达 1205 亿美元，期限延至 2029 年。上半年 807 亿美元净亏损中包含 811 亿美元与金融工具相关的非现金支出，直接当作现金消耗来解读并不准确。
Digging through Anthropics filing, and their numbers are crazy. One of the biggest winner is SpaceXSI:
- Anthropic’s IPO filing shows $974M in Q2 operating profit on $11.6B in revenue, up 1,368% year over year.
- First-half revenue reached $16.3 billion, roughly 14x the previous year. Operating cash flow was positive at $3.9 billion.
- Anthropic also disclosed up to $120.5B in spending on NVIDIA-powered compute through SpaceXAI, under agreements extending into 2029.
The $80.7 billion first-half net loss included $81.1 billion in non-cash charges tied to financial instruments. Reading that headline as cash burn badly misrepresents the business.
