AI Engineer 团队将 ryolu_ 在 AI Engineer 2026 上海大会的演讲翻译成了英文版。音频部分采用 ElevenLabs 的声音克隆技术进行配音，画面中幻灯片则由 OpenAI 的 GPT-6 Astra 翻译并叠加字幕。这是该频道首次使用 YouTube 新推出的备用音轨功能发布双语视频。演讲视频由 @ZinkLu2 使用 Xiaomi 15 Ultra 手持拍摄，并用 CapCut 做了部分防抖处理。

Handheld footage just isn't going to be sharp or steady. Still, it's the best talk I saw on day 1 of AIE — which is why I'm not posting a text summary. Watch for yourself. I missed the first minute or so. Ryo opens with the excitement of what AI makes possible, and how seeing what others are building can quickly turn that excitement into anxiety about falling behind.
