Microsoft is facing a class action lawsuit alleging it hid problems with its Copilot products.
The complaint claims the company concealed issues with user experience, data siloing, interoperability and its flagship AI model ranking below competitors on benchmarks. It also says Microsoft had to increase capital spending by billions and divert GPU and CPU capacity from Azure to keep Copilot competitive.
