Grok Voice models integrate with LiveKit to build voice agents with full ZDR support. The implementation uses Grok STT → Grok 4.3 → Grok TTS cascaded through LiveKit Inference. A patient intake agent was built using this architecture with three model strings in one AgentSession. The system requires no separate API keys or billing and supports ZDR on every hop.
