GenStorAIGE launched the GE6216 PCIe Gen6 Retimer on 6 Sep 2026. The 16-channel bidirectional chip supports 64GT/s data transfer rates. It is designed for PCIe Gen6 and CXL Gen3 applications, including GPU and NVMe SSD connections. The chip compensates for high-loss channels in AI server backplanes and cable interconnects.
