Axera launches M97, M95 5nm chips
爱芯元智推出 5nm 智驾芯片 M97、M95，单颗等效 AI 算力至高 720TOPS
These chips offer higher AI compute than competitors at similar price points, potentially accelerating autonomous driving adoption in ASEAN markets.
Axera (爱芯元智) announced two M9 series 5nm smart driving chips on 8 Sep 2023: the flagship M97 with 720TOPS AI compute and the mainstream M95 with 360TOPS. Both chips meet AEC-Q100 automotive standards and achieve ASIL-B safety level with dual-chip redundancy support. The M97 features 16 Cortex-A78AE CPU cores and supports 16 camera inputs, while the M95 has 10 cores and supports 14 camera inputs.

IT之家 9 月 8 日消息，爱芯元智 (Axera) 今日宣布推出 2 款 M9 系列 5nm 智能驾驶芯片，分别是旗舰档的 M97 (M9x-720T)、主流档的 M95 (M9x-360T)。 这两款产品满足 AEC-Q100 车规认证，内置 ASIL-D 片内锁步安全岛， 芯片整体达到 ASIL-B 等级 ，支持双芯片冗余配置。 M97 定位“ 旗舰级高阶智驾 / 舱驾感知一体算力平台 ”。其拥有 16 个 Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU 核心，算力 400KDMIPS；集成 720TOPS 等效 AI 算力；自研 ISP 支持 16 路摄像头接入，吞吐量达 4.5G Pixels/s；集成 CVA 前处理单元；等效内存带宽达 460GB/s。 M95 则是“ 一段式端到端方案最佳算力平台 ”。其拥有 10 个 Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU 核心，算力 257KDMIPS；集成 360TOPS 等效 AI 算力；自研 ISP 支持 14 路摄像头接入，吞吐量达 2.6G Pixels/s；集成 CVA 前处理单元；等效内存带宽达 260GB/s。 M97、M95 的端到端、VLA 模型表现显著优于行业水平，ISP 通路延时降低了 70%。
