开发者 Gergely Orosz 观察到，AI 工具用得最深的中型及以上公司，往往是 AI 出现前就有专职基础设施平台和开发者平台团队的那些。这些公司具备完善的开发工具链和发布流水线，AI 生成的代码可以借助自动化测试、灰度发布、可观测性、实验平台等既有系统完成验证。从零起步的创业公司则需要逐步补齐这些系统，包括自动化测试、手动测试、功能开关、金丝雀发布和数据库迁移等环节。
Some of the most “AI-native” mid-sized and above companies I observe are the same ones that have had dedicated infra platform and dev platform teams, “pre-AI.”
These co’s have always had robust dev tooling + release pipelines and so now AI tools have so many verification layers they can use (the existing systems.)
For startups starting from scratch, they need to eventually rebuild all those systems: from eg ones for automated testing, manual testing, FF, canary rollouts, o11y, experimentation, migrations etc etc
