Microsoft 宣布 Maia 芯片家族将在 2027 年扩展到多吉瓦级部署，并发布新芯片 Maia 300。Maia 300 面向长上下文推理、低延迟对话和多步智能体任务等新型 AI 工作负载。Maia 200 已在 Microsoft Copilot 等生产环境中服役，GitHub Copilot 和 Microsoft Foundry 预计年底前接入。这标志着 Microsoft 自研芯片向全栈布局更进一步。
