At the #NTUsg Tech Summit & Alumni Conference in Silicon Valley, NTU alumnus Irving Tan, CEO of WD (@wd_corporation), shared his perspective on how #AI is reshaping the #technology landscape and the infrastructure required to support it. As AI scales, so does the volume and value of data it consumes and creates. Compute can be reused across workloads, but valuable data persists and compounds, creating new demands for how it is stored, managed and accessed over time. In the AI world, #data is a competitive advantage. Realising that advantage will require infrastructure that can scale economically, reliably, and securely.
