levelsio 把业务和健康数据全放 VPS，用 Termius 加 Claude Code 一个 SSH 终端搞定一切，连“镁补剂有没有改善睡眠”都能自动归因，玩法很值得抄。
独立开发者 levelsio 表示他所有业务都跑在自己的 VPS 服务器上，唯一操作界面是 Termius SSH 和服务器端的 Claude Code。他把健康数据也接入其中，包括 WHOOP 的睡眠数据、饮食追踪记录以及卧室温度和空气质量数据。通过 Claude Code 可以直接提问“昨晚的镁补剂是否改善了睡眠”，由服务器端汇总多源数据进行归因分析，输出形式是聊天回复或它构建的网站。整套流程完全在服务器端运行。
Everything I do runs on my VPS servers
The only interface is Termius SSH and then Claude Code on the server
All my businesses but also my health stuff, calories, sleep etc. all my data is pulled into there
Then the output is either chat responses from Claude Code on the server or websites it builds
So I can ask "did magnesium last night improve my sleep" and it pulls my sleep from WHOOP, nutrition from my food tracker, and even bedroom temperature and air quality data to check confounding factors etc
