Anthropic 员工 Boris Cherny 宣布上周五是他在 Anthropic 的最后一天。他两年前在 Claude Code 还是内部小工具时就加入团队，曾让 Claude 构建一个 RL 环境并引导数十小时，全程没有手写一行代码。他提到 Claude Code 发布之初用户大多手动批准每个权限提示，而如今默认信任 Claude 的判断自动批准，Claude 已能承担大规模迁移和新产品构建。

I steered it for tens of hours but never manually wrote a line of code. It worked, I was hooked, and I joined the team. When we first launched, most people approved every permission prompt by hand and mostly used Claude to answer questions and write tests. Today, the default is trusting Claude's judgment to auto-approve. Claude does large migrations and builds new products.
