Claude Code 和 Cowork 的产品负责人 @_catwu 宣布在 Anthropic 的最后一天是上周五。她在两年前加入团队时，Claude Code 还是内部工具，她曾用 Claude 构建 RL 环境并引导数十小时，全程未手写一行代码。她提到产品刚上线时用户大多手动批准权限提示，如今默认信任 Claude 自动批准，Claude 已能完成大型迁移和新产品开发。有人猜测她是否为避开 IPO 前股票锁定期离职，她回应这不是考虑因素。

Two years ago, when Claude Code was a small internal tool, I asked it to build an RL env. I steered it for tens of hours but never manually wrote a line of code. It worked, I was hooked, and I joined the team. When we first launched, most people approved every permission prompt by hand and mostly used Claude to answer questions and write tests. Today, the default is trusting Claude's judgment to auto-approve. Claude does large migrations and builds new products.
