IT之家 9 月 17 日消息，据财联社报道，华为副董事长、轮值董事长汪涛今日（9 月 17 日）在上海举行的华为全联接大会上介绍华为面向智能时代的重要部署： 一是华为 AI 战略的核心是算力，坚持硬件变现 ； 二是“超节点 + 集群”，打造中国坚实算力底座，为世界构建新的选择； 三是构建开源开放的算力生态，支持主流大模型原生训练、积极拥抱“百模干态”； 四是盘古大模型聚焦华为产品智能化 ，增强自身产品竞争力； 五是提供线下 + 线上的灵活算力方案，加速行业智能化； 六是创新多样性算力，推进 AI 入端、上车，智能无所不及； 七是围绕“用算”构筑新一代通信网络，把智能传递给每个人、家庭和企业。 汪涛表示，昇腾超节点已经部署超过 1,000 套， 昇腾 950 超节点已经开始规模商用 。 华为昇腾 960 超节点将是 业界首个采用 NPO 的超节点 ，其中 Atlas 960 液冷超节点计划 2027 年 Q3 上市，Atlas 860 风冷超节点将于 2027 年 Q2 上市。 IT之家注意到， 华为在 2025 年的全联接大会公布昇腾 950 芯片架构 ，新增支持低精度数据格式、提升向量算力、提升互联带宽 2.5 倍、支持华为自研 HBM。其中，950PR 提升推理 Prefill 性能，提升推荐业务性能，搭载自研 HBM——HiBL 1.0；950DT 提升推理 Decode 性能，提升训练性能，提升内存容量和带宽。据此前预告，昇腾 960 芯片原计划 2027 年 Q4 发布。
