据纽约时报报道，美国情报部门认定与中国国防科技圈关系密切的高管 Alice Huang 是北京的间谍资产。一份在特朗普政府高级官员间流传的备忘录称，国家安全部招募她研究美国芯片，并可能影响 Nvidia 决策。其公司 Megaspeed 从 2024 年开始数十亿美元的 Nvidia 芯片采购，并向 Alibaba 出租东南亚数据中心算力，被指为中国获取受限制芯片的后门。
